Ghana’s first Customer Satisfaction Index Report, commissioned by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana, was officially launched on September 30, 2021, with support from the Bank of Ghana and Ghana Association of Bankers.
The CIMG-CSI 2021 is a study conducted on the banking industry to represent the maiden Index for Ghana.
This report is the second wave of the Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index survey, following the maiden edition which serves as the baseline study.
The study, centred on the banking sector, aimed to assess customer sentiments regarding Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty in both consumer and business banking.
