THE 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 27^THAnnual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra at 5.30pm to transact the following business.

AGENDA

1. To receive and approve the President’s report on behalf of the Council for the year ended 31^st December, 2015.
2. To receive and approve the audited accounts of the financial year ended 31^st December, 2015.
3. To authorize Council to approve the remuneration of the Auditors of the Institute.
4. To transact any other business which may be transacted at an AGM

P/S:       We are most concerned to note that we have not yet received the membership dues of some members. Members in arrears of dues should note that the list of members in good standing would be published on April 26, 2016.  Please arrange to update your payment records if you fall under this category of members.
